Q: When will my order arrive?
A: I ship from the US, so items will ship within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). All orders will have tracking. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped, along with your tracking number. Domestic orders usually arrive 3-7 business days of shipping. For international orders, they usually arrive 2-6 weeks, but
Due to COVID-19, orders will be delayed, so please be patient with the post office!! International orders may be delayed up to 8 weeks.
Preorder items will not ship until the time period stated in the product description.
Q: Do you ship Worldwide?
A: Yes! BUT due to the new UK VAT laws, we will not ship to the UK. If you are from the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will make an Etsy listing for you! Any UK orders placed on our site will be refunded.
Q: Do you restock on sold out items?
A: Unless there's a huge demand for the design, not very likely. All my designs are limited edition.
Q: What is the difference between Standard Grade, B-grade and Second Grade, etc. on pins?
A: I grade based on the flaws. Standard Grade is the highest grade, however this does not mean it is flawless. I can not guarantee flawless pins because they are hand crafted in a factory, which means each piece is unique. B-grades are slightly flawed and Second grades have some more noticeable flaws.
Q: Can you combine orders?
A: Yes, but please contact me asap. If your order hasn't been shipped out, please send me a message on the contact page with both your order numbers.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: I don't offer cancellations/returns/exchanges. This applies to preorders items as well. All sales are final. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing! If there is an issue with your order, please send me a message on my contact page. In the event that I agree to the refund, a fee will be deducted from your total refund (this is the processing fee that I get charged with).
